The special begins with the five heroes sitting in a Toei-affiliated room, GozyuWolf in the middle, with GokaiRed and Zenkaizer on his right, and Kamen Riders Legend and Decade to this left.
As Zenkaizer kicks off the special, Decade announces that GozyuWolf must pass a screening with the four before they can truly call themselves “anniversary heroes.” Gokai Red presents his first nitpick, saying that Gozyuger was only the 49th team of Super Sentai and therefore not a “anniversary” in terms of season numbers.
