Plot Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger
Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger (王様戦隊キングオージャー, Ōsama Sentai Kinguōjā, Kingship Squadron King-Ohger) is an upcoming Japanese tokusatsu television drama, the 47th installment in Toei Company’s long-running Super Sentai series and the fourth produced in the Reiwa era. This series is the first in the franchise where all of the main characters have an insect motif.

The series will premiere on March 5, 2023, joining Kamen Rider Geats in the Super Hero Time lineup on TV Asahi following the finale of Avataro Sentai Donbrothers.

The story is set in an alternate Earth whose land is divided among five different kingdoms: Shugoddam, N’kosopa, Ishabana, Gokkan, and Toufu. 2000 years after their last attempt, the Underground Empire Bugnarak returns to invade the kingdoms once more, intending to conquer the world and destroy all humans.

I honestly love everything about King-Ohger so far.
I have been wondering. Kumo is Spider, thus God Kumo is God Spider that much makes sense.
However, Jeramie uses God Tarantula, which is just a species of Spider. So what is the logic behind the name and insect it is based of ?
Is there a literal God Kabuto ? Since God Kuwagata is just a species of Beetle (Kabuto)
I think it’s because God Kabuto is a greater shugod
Well, first of all
Spiders are not Insects, they are Arachnids and also Arthropods
King-Ohger has both an Insect and Arthropod motif to make the animal choices more varied
Calling it now Doug Dedo and the others are kids
That brainwashing Jester (forgot her name) totally had her head blown off by Yamma before that big finish. All these Galatinsects are so powerful; going to be very interesting to see how King Ogher takes them down.
Episode 29 was damn sad the fact jeramie and the bugnarok dude (i forgor his name) did all that just to protect not only the bugnarok but also to protect everyone from fighting one another was really hard for me to watch and i love how the other kings didn’t even spoke in that battle they really looked pissed
I can defintely tell that everyone is having fun with the body switching in ep 28.

Ep 25 i really love jeramies transformation music and the SPIDER KUMONOS sound effect was so cool and the way the names of the shugods were being said with music is such a vibe for me

Rita’s new outfit makes them seem less intimidating imo, Himeno’s new dress pales in comparison to her previous one, Gira is ok (getting used to that hair will take a while but I like his new fit, it reminds me of Racles 💔), Jeramie actually looks better and Kaguragi only went to the salon haha

While the crimes of the other kings are on par for them, It’s funny that it’s Gira that has been taking his duties seriously. And it’s even more funnier that Rita has imprisoned herself because she has vcation hours piled up.

Dethnarok was such a cool and surprisingly interesting villain, probably one of Super Sentai best Villains (though I don’t really watch a lot of Sentai so I might be wrong); here hoping the Post-Time Skip Big Bad fills Dethnarok’s shoes.
Though got to say, I was expecting the next Baddies to be bird-based, since Birds are natural predators to insects.

Please don’t tell me I’m the only one who thinks that Jeramie has a good story arc. His reaction to Desnarak just falling down the hole leading to the Earth’s core, with having eaten the Shugod Souls, is just so brilliant. And the battle between them is the best one of all season.
The way that they muffled the jingle so that it’s still there but doesn’t take away from the dramatic tension of the scene!? Chef’s kiss. I wish they did this WAY sooner. Especially in Kamen Rider.

Was thinking the same thing; Same thing happened to Gira and Gira survived just fine, so it’s hard to say it wouldn’t be the same for Racules
I have a feeling they’ve doing the ole Donbrothers thing where they mirrored the episode of the fight and recuperation between Sonoi and Momotaro
To be fair, Racles in the first duel specifically WANTED Gira dead. In this fight, neither of them actually state they want the other dead.
Racles wants Gira imprisoned forever and have his right to the throne (thus Royal Authority to transform) revoked, while Gira ONLY wants the throne from Racles.
